This is a do it yourself CD holder that can be made from one
8 1/2" x 11" sheet.  I laser printed on wood veneer and then I
laminated it to cardstock. Obviously there are unlimited ways
for you to make your own.

Once you've downloaded the pattern you can print on it and then cut
and fold as you see in the example. You can print a song list, credits,
 copyrights, etc. on the back.
