I am once again offering pickguard material for sale.  You can now purchase translucent sheets
that come with peel & stick adhesive and are approximately 5" x 8". They're made by me using
a trade secret process I developed.  Special printed material is laminated to polycarbonate and
total thickness of the material is about .030".  I can also produce thicker and thinner pieces on a
custom basis for an additional charge as well as sheets up to 8" x 10".  I can email you a PDF so
you will have the total pattern of the full size 5" x 8" pickguard sheet.  With the exception of the
genuine tortoise shell designs all of the other examples shown are small swatches of a pattern.

Cost for a 5" x 8" sheet - $10.00  -  8" x 10" sheet - $20.00.

The technology that I used for making pickguards using digital images is for sale. 
For a fee I will disclose all information, techniques, materials and sources including a CD of all digital
image files I use to make opaque or translucent pickguards. My process can be utilized with inkjet or
laser printers. This process can also be used to make pickguard material for electric guitars as well.
I have image files to simulate Gibson firestripe, the old Martin tortoise shells and real tortoise shells.
Signing a non-disclosure agreement is also required to receive this information.
